These terms apply to all services sold by OA Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Leveraged Creator ("we", "us"), through leveragedcreator.io.

1. Our Services

We provide done-for-you social media services for B2B founders and agency owners on X and LinkedIn. Depending on your plan, this includes content writing, profile optimization, community management (commenting, following, and connecting with your target audience on your behalf), direct message management, outreach to potential buyers, and strategy calls. We also sell 1:1 consulting calls.

The exact deliverables, price, and platform(s) for each client are set out in a signed service agreement before work begins.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Results from social media depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, your market, your sales process, and the platforms' algorithms and policies. We do not promise any specific number of followers, leads, clients, or revenue. Any results shown on our website are examples from past clients and are not typical or guaranteed.

3. Payments and Billing

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Monthly plans are billed automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.

  • 90-day plans are paid in full upfront.

  • Consulting calls are paid in full at booking.

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

  • Services begin within 7 business days after payment and completion of onboarding.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time with 14 days' written notice to onat@leveragedcreator.io. You remain responsible for payments that fall within the notice period. After cancellation, no further payments will be charged.

We may end services immediately if payments fail, if your social media account is suspended or banned, or if you break the platform's rules or these terms.

5. Refund Policy

  • Monthly and 90-day service plans: Payments already made are non-refundable, except where your signed service agreement includes a specific guarantee. In that case, the refund terms in your agreement apply.

  • Consulting calls: Refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the call. Calls that have already taken place are non-refundable.

  • Missed deliverables: If we fail to deliver the agreed services for more than 2 consecutive days without notice, the missed days are added to the end of your service period at no cost.

To request a refund, email onat@leveragedcreator.io with your name and the purchase date. We reply within 3 business days.

Disputes: If you have a problem with a charge or our services, please email onat@leveragedcreator.io before contacting your bank. We will respond within 3 business days and work with you to resolve it.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to give us the account access and information needed to deliver the services, attend the onboarding call, and follow the rules of each social media platform. You are responsible for your own offer, sales calls, and any business you close.

7. Content Ownership

All content we create and post to your account belongs to you. Our methods, processes, and internal systems remain ours.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential, during and after our work together.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by social media platforms, such as reach restrictions or account suspensions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
